Rents rise by 84 percent while increase in Istanbul is more than double inflation

As of February, the annual rent increase rate was recorded as 112.3 percent in Istanbul, 106.7 percent in Ankara and 74 percent in Izmir. The nationwide increase is 84.2 percent.
