The 39th Ankara Music Festival to take place from April 4-30, 2025
Sevda-Cenap And Music Foundation has been organizing festivals since 1985. With principles and traditions such as opening and closing concerts performed by symphonic orchestras, reflecting the musical capacity of the capital city Ankara and Turkey, featuring works by Turkish composers, supporting young soloists, collaborating in international concerts, and performing world premieres, the longest-running and internationally recognized festival in Ankara is now 39 years old.
From April 4-30, 2025, nearly 250 extraordinary artists and ensembles from 11 countries, many of whom will perform in Turkey for the first time, will be part of 13 separate programs across 7 venues, offering performances ranging from classical music to modern dance, flamenco to jazz. It is highly recommended not to miss this unique celebration.
The 39th festival is organized under the main sponsorship of the Sevda-Cenap And Music Foundation, with contributions from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, local and international institutions, Honorary Memberships of the Sabancı Foundation and And TTS, and the support of art lovers.
The design of the 39th International Ankara Music Festival poster, created by the award-winning designer of the foundation’s poster competition and this year’s first-place winner, Kayahan Kaya, features the symbol of the region, the Ankara Cat, and brings it to the concerts.
