Tourist who came to Istanbul for dental treatment found dead in hotel room

An Austrian tourist, who came to Istanbul for dental treatment, was found dead in the room of the hotel where he was staying. The Austrian tourist, B.M.G (55), came to Istanbul for dental treatment and checked into a hotel in Beylikdüzü. After his dental examination, the tourist returned to the hotel.

According to the report from Sözcü newspaper, the Austrian tourist, who was supposed to check out of the hotel, did not leave his room. Suspecting something was amiss, the hotel personnel went to the tourist’s room and found him lying motionless.

Upon receiving the alert, medical teams arrived at the scene and saw that the 55-year-old tourist had passed away. An examination revealed no signs of any incision or puncture wounds on the tourist’s body.

The lifeless body of the Austrian tourist was taken to the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy.
