Turkey attracts over 30 million tourists in 11 months

It ias reported that Turkey has received about 30 million tourists within the first 11 months of 2012.

The figure was announced by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

When compared to figures from same period in 2011 the number of incoming tourists has increased by 0,50 percent to 30.4 million.

It is also reported that Germany ranks number one among top countries sending the highest number of tourists and is followed by Russia with 3,5 million and UK with 2,4 million within said period.

Considering Turkey expects to have received another million tourists in December, said figures are most likely to go up to 31 million generating an annual revenue of USD 23,5 billion for Turkey.
