Turkey’s tourism staff shortage is a bigger risk than Covid

Tourism professionals, who stated that their biggest problem was finding qualified employees in 2021 with 55 percent, said that the biggest risk in 2022 would be “shortage of qualified employees again”, with 34 percent. It was noted that the proportion of those who responded to this question saying “Covid-19 pandemic was biggest risk” remained at 22 percent.
