Turkish Airlines Warns Passengers of UK Flight Delays and Cancellations

Turkish Airlines has warned passengers that some flights to and from the UK may be delayed or cancelled following a technical failure affecting the country’s air traffic control system.

The airline advised passengers with UK flights to check the latest status of their journey before travelling to the airport.

Turkish Airlines Issues Passenger Warning

In a statement shared by Turkish Airlines’ Communications Office, the airline said that technical problems with the UK air traffic control system could cause delays and cancellations on some flights arriving in or departing from the country.

Passengers were advised to check their flight status through the TK Assistant application or the flight status section of the Turkish Airlines website.

AJet Flights Also Affected

AJet is also experiencing delays and cancellations involving flights to and from London Stansted Airport.

The airline said passengers are being informed through its communication channels and should check the latest status of their flights before travelling.

The disruption follows the technical failure in the UK air traffic control system, which has already caused widespread delays and cancellations across several British airports.
