Speaking at at a public meeting held in Ankara’s Kazan district today Turkey’s Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım said “They keep saying ‘one-man’ regime. Of course, it’s going to be one-man; what else? But this one-man will come to power with the votes of the nation and will leave with the votes of the nation.”

Giving statements on the upcoming referendum on AKP’s constitutional amendments, Yıldırım responded to critics of the proposed presidential system and said: “They keep saying ‘one-man’ regime. Of course, it’s going to be one-man; what else? But this one-man will come to power with the votes of the nation and will leave with the votes of the nation.”

Prime Minister YILDIRIM held the first public meeting of his party for the referendum campaign in Kazan -which was given the name Kahramankazan (Heroic Kazan) after the July 15th coup attempt because of heavy clashes that took place in the district. In his speech PM Yıldırım also made some other interesting reamarks. He said “The mastermind in Pennsylvania, for whom you did not give passage to (on the night of coup attempt), gets seizures as he keeps hearing these ‘yes’ voices… And, the separatist terrorist organization PKK is running out of breath and going mad. Because, they say to themselves, ‘Oh no, we have only 48 days left…”
