Unfair and Incapable Handling of UEFA on Fenerbahçe Issue

UEFA, just as if it has been able to display a successful performance to prevent match-fixing events in Europe at all times, has been very harsh, brutal and sort of in a rush by reaching a prematured decision and denied FENERBAHCE the right to participate in Champions League – which is certainly going to cause the club a huge loss of tens of millions of dollars as well as unrepairable damage of prestige.

All this has happened at the stage  trial, that is before the club has been convicted/found guilty.

To be even more awkward and unfair, AS PER INSTRUCTIONS of UEFA another team ranking second in the league is going to be sent to the champions league, instead of Fenerbahçe.

This is absolutely double standards and unacceptable. Indeed more so when BEŞİKTAS whose administrative people and players are detained at the moment, is allowed to play in UEFA (without any restrictions by UEFA).

We strongly protest and condemn the authorised committees of UEFA and Mr. Platini for having been involved in such RADICAL, unfair, unacceptable and incapable handling. 

UEFA should have waited for the decision to be taken by the Turkish justice (which runs far too slow anyway) and decide after the court’s decision in this regard. If they were in need to be in such a hurry they should have convinced the Turkish government to put pressure on the justice to accelerate the trial process.
