Warning from meteorology: Snowfall will hit badly

According to the current weather forecast report of meteorology, showers and snowfall will have an effect in the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions today. Heavy downpours are also expected in Rize and Artvin, while the temperature is expected to drop by 2-4 degrees in Central Anatolia and the Black Sea.
The General Directorate of Meteorology shared its latest assessments of the weather situation. Accordingly, the Northern, Central and eastern parts of the country will be partly and very cloudy, mid-Black Sea coast, eastern Black Sea, to the southeast of eastern Anatolia, Southeast Anatolia and East, Bartın, Kastamonu, Sinop, Tokat, Erzurum, Ağrı, Ardahan and environment of Şanlıurfa will be rainy and other places will be slightly cloudy.
STRONG RAINFALL WARNING
The expected precipitation in the vicinity of Rize and Artvin, where a yellow alert is issued, is expected to be strong and very strong (40-75 kg / m2).
Heavy rain and downpours in places in the coastal areas (51-100 kg / m2) is expected. Inland areas will see heavy snow in the inland areas (20 cm and above).
Rain is expected in the eastern part of Southeastern Anatolia, around Sanliurfa, Bartin and Sinop, as well as in the coastal parts of Kastamonu and sleet and snow in other places that receive precipitation.
