Weather in Turkey: Meteorology issues storm and fog alerts for many provinces
According to the new weather report from the Meteorology General Directorate, while no precipitation is expected nationwide, strong winds are expected to blow from the north and northeast in the surroundings of Hakkari, the eastern parts of Şırnak, and the south of Van.
Fog and locally mist events are expected in the morning and night hours in Marmara and the inner and eastern regions.

Accordingly, no precipitation is expected nationwide. It is predicted that the inland parts of Western Black Sea, the southern and eastern parts of Central Anatolia, and the inland parts of the Mediterranean will have partly cloudy to mostly cloudy weather, while other regions will have partly cloudy to mostly clear weather. There is a risk of avalanches in areas with high snow cover in the inland parts of Eastern Black Sea and the northern and eastern parts of Eastern Anatolia. Fog and locally mist events are expected in the morning and night hours in Marmara and the inner and eastern regions.
