Weather warning: Downpours expected after the heat

The heat wave that has affected the country will take a break for a while with rains. According to the forecasts of Meteorology, rainy weather will begin to take effect over the northwest of the country with the new week.

According to forecasts published by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the heat wave affecting the country will be replaced by rainy days starting from Sunday. There will be a decrease in air temperatures by several degrees. Most of the Marmara Region, including Istanbul, will see rain.
