Russian Deputy Foreign Minister says USA practicing “state hooliganism”

The “consular offices” war between the USA and Russia has been continuing for some time. As will be recalled Russia ordered the U.S. to cut its staff in Russia after the US congress had passed a package of economic sanctions against Russia. Thereafter, the US administration did not wait long to retaliate by ordering Moscow to close three of its consular offices in the United States.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has made statements regarding US attitude towards Russia and North Korea

Russian Foreign Minister said in his statement that Washington’s diplomatic missions of Russia in the United States could be described as “state hooliganism“.

Ryabkov said any novice step to be taken towards North Korea could worsen the situation further and that political solutions for the crisis are needed.

Ryabkov also said that Moscow will have to react to the expansion of the anti-missile defense system of the US in South Korea and added “Inevitably, questions about our military balances and our response will increase.”
