“12 Month Decision” for Alanya tourism from Corendon
Corendon continues to invest in Alanya where the heart of tourism beats and is taking another important step that will contribute to the economy of the region. Corendon which connects Europe to the most preferred holiday destinations, especially Turkey, will bring tourists from the Netherlands to Alanya for 12 months starting from 2024.
Corendon Travel, the tour operator that brings the highest number of tourists to Turkey from the Netherlands and Belgium, is expanding its operations in Alanya. Corendon, which has been transporting European holiday lovers to Alanya only during the summer period so far, will offer a holiday opportunity from the Netherlands to Alanya for 12 months as of February 17, 2024.
Corendon Tourism Group managers conveyed the details of the extensive operation they are planning for Alanya at a meeting in Alanya Kaila Beach Hotel on Wednesday, August 2nd. Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Corendon Travel, gave information about the operations that would take place starting from 2024
ALANYA OFFERS DIFFERENT HOLIDAY CONCEPTS FOR FAMILIES AND YOUNG PEOPLE
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Corendon Travel, said: “As Corendon Tourism Group, Alanya has been one of our most important destinations since the first day we established the tour operator. It is a very popular holiday destination for the Netherlands, Belgium and the Scandinavian countries. One of the most attractive points of Alanya is that it appeals to different audiences with the variety of products it offers, produces different holiday concepts for both families, young people and people of all ages. We also believe that this potential that Alanya has can be evaluated more efficiently. We have decided to continue our operations in Alanya during the winter season because we believe that it is a very correct alternative for those who want to meet the sun during the winter season with the convenience of the climate. After the summer season, we will continue to grow in this destination by adding capacities from different cities and countries throughout the year to our uninterrupted operation, which we will start from Amsterdam in February. In this way, we will offer European holidaymakers the opportunity to holiday in Alanya for 12 months.”
CLOSE TO 150 THOUSAND CAPACITY WILL BE OFFERED
The details of the 2024 operations, which will start from February next year, are as follows:
Corendon Tour Operator will organize 2 flights a week from Amsterdam to the holiday paradise Alanya starting from February. April March Corendon, which will continue to increase its frequency continuously; will offer 4 flights a week from Amsterdam to Alanya in March and 14 flights a week in April.
From April, there will be daily flights from the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark to Alanya, while the frequency will increase to 24 weekly with additional flights in the middle of April. In addition to Amsterdam, Corendon will also connect tourists with Alanya with flights from the cities of Maastricht, Eindhoven, Brussels and Groningen. With the expanded program, approximately 150 thousand additional capacities will be offered for Alanya destination in 2024.
