A big hike in gasoline and diesel prices on the way
A big hike of TL 1.61 per liter in gasoline and TL 1.50 in diesel is expected to take effect from tonight. The increase in the dollar /TL exchange rate and oil prices after the Russian invasion of Ukraine will be reflected in fuel prices as a hike.
According to industry sources, starting from tonight, it is expected to raise gasoline by 1 lira 61 kurus and diesel by 1 lira 50 kurus per liter.
The hike will be reflected in pump prices.
DIESEL WILL EXCEED 17 TL
With the increase, the price of a liter of gasoline will increase approximately from 15.14 TL to 16.75 TL in Istanbul, from 15.24 TL to 16.85 TL in Ankara, from 15.26 TL to 16.87 TL in Izmir.
The price per liter of diesel will also increase approximately from 15.46 TL to 16.96 TL in Istanbul and from 15.57 TL to 17.07 TL in Izmir and Ankara.
