ASELSAN of Turkey retains its place in the top 100 in arms sales
The countries of the world continued to arm themselves in 2020, despite the coronavirus epidemic. ASELSAN rose 2 places from 53 to 51 in the arms sales list where there is fierce competition and the top is held by the US arms company Lockheed Martin.
A study about arms manufacturers in Sweden found that the sector was very poorly affected by COVID-19 which caused the global financial crisis in 2019.
US companies are at the top of arms sales list, while ASELSAN has risen two digits, to 51st place.
According to the Global Arms Sales Report prepared by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), the arms sector has managed to increase its sales for six consecutive years.

ASELSAN, who has risen two digits in the list, is also 51. he retained his place in the top hundred by taking the place.
