Botaş announces the natural gas tariff for July 2024

According to the tariff table published on BOTAŞ’s website, the tariffs for residential and industrial subscribers, as well as the tariff for gas used for electricity production, will remain unchanged in July.

BOTAŞ (Boru Hatları ile Petrol Taşıma AŞ) announced that there will be no change in the sales tariff for the gas used by residential and industrial subscribers, as well as for electricity production purposes, as of July.

According to the tariff table published on BOTAŞ’s website, the tariffs for residential and industrial subscribers, as well as the tariff for gas used for electricity production, will remain unchanged in July.

Accordingly, the sales price that BOTAŞ will apply to distribution companies for residential consumers in July is set at 4,080 lira per 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas.

The tariff for industrial subscribers is set at 8,549 lira per 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas for tier 1 and 11,374 lira for tier 2.

For the tariff used for electricity production, the price is announced as 12,000 lira per 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas.

Natural gas price tariffs are calculated monthly

The announcement on the institution’s website stated, “When considering the Household Energy Price Index (HEPI) prices, our country applies the lowest natural gas price among European countries, following Ukraine.”
