The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the inflation rate for December 2024, which has determined the rental increase rate. How much will rents increase?

TÜİK announced the December 2024 inflation rate, showing a 1.03% increase compared to the previous month, and a 44.38% increase on an annual basis.

The increase in residential and commercial rents is calculated based on the 12-month average of the Consumer Price Index (TÜFE). The 12-month average for December 2024 was 58.51%.

Therefore, the rental increase rate is set at 58.51%.
