Turkey accepts to make pause in Operation Peace Spring to allow YPG to withdraw

The meeting between Turkey’s President ERDOĞAN and Mike PENCE VP of the USA in Ankara seems to have been very fruitful and parties have agreed that YPG should withdraw from the safe zone area. It was also agreed that Turkey should halt the operation for 120 hours for the YPG to withdraw.

Once this realizes, Turkey will then end the operation and USA will quit implemeting any sanctions.

It is reported that YPG withdrawal has already begun.

To evaluate the results obtained, we must say this is real good news for peace and obviously the US side has eventually preferred the logical way thus making it possible to take a giant step in the direction of peace.

We all need to appreciate that Turkey’s administration has achieved quite a successful result. We should not deny our congratulations.
