In his statement, President Erdogan said, “Our goal is to complete the first phase of housing in a maximum of 2 years and deliver it to our citizens who have the right. Our goal is to make 500 thousand social housing, 250 thousand residential land and 50 thousand workplaces in all our provinces and districts in the 5-year period covering the period between 2023 and 2028.”

President Erdogan said, “Our citizens will own “2 plus 1 houses” at a total price of 608 thousand liras with monthly installments starting from 2 thousand 280 liras and a maturity of 240 months. The payment of “3 plus 1 houses” with a total of 850 thousand lira value will be made in installments starting from 3 thousand 187 liras with a maturity of 240 months.”

Applicant must be Turkish citizen in the county where project will be built
Applicant must have at least 1 year residence
Must not have a house recorded at land registry (or his/her children spouse etc)
Must not have bought a house via TOKI earlier.
