CHP leader KILICDAROGLU calls for early elections once again

CHP Chairman Kemal KILICDAROGLU and Future Party Chairman Ahmet DAVUTOGLU (former PM / current leader of Future Party) and the accompanying party members met at the CHP Headquarters. CHP leader called on MHP Leader Devlet Bahceli for an early election, while Davutoglu said an “immediate election” should be held.

Highlights of Davutoglu’s statements after the interview are as follows:

“Everyone is talking about an external (foreign powers) attack. This picture is the outcome of the wrong policies of the government. The value of the Turkish lira is our honor. The developments today are causing a wide gap between a mass of people who opportunistically accumulate dollars in their hands and the millions who carry the Turkish lira in their pockets. On the other hand, there is an income injustice between those who live on dollar and those who live on the Turkish lira. The budget is no longer valid. Turkey is entering a spiral of payments order. This form of management is responsible for this. Every statement hits the Turkish economy like a missile.”
