CHP leader KILICDAROGLU to visit TURKSTAT after his visit to Central Bank of Turkey a short while ago

CHP Chairman Kemal Kilicdaroglu will visit Turkstat. Earlier today TURKSTAT had announced annual inflation as 21.31 percent today.

Shortly after the announcement of inflation, Kılıçdaroğlu said on Twitter, “I asked for an appointment from TURKSTAT, they didn’t give it. I’m coming at 11:00, just so you know,” he wrote.

CHP leader had paid a visit to the Central Bank of Turkey a short while ago, to discuss monetary polices implemented in the country.

TURKSTAT Administration did not allow Kemal Kilicdaroglu to enter their headquarters to discuss the economic figures announced by Turkstat.

After the TURKSTAT announced the inflation figures, CHP Chairman Kemal Kilicdaroglu went to TURKSTAT, which did not give him an appointment. TUIK, where Kılıçdaroğlu and CHP officials went, did not open its doors. Engin Özkoç was given the answer ‘You can’t come in because you don’t have an appointment given by the TURKSTAT officials.
