As fighting which started between Russia and Ukraine on Thursday continues to increase the number of dead and wounded, an important statement from Moscow. Reports published by Russian news agencies with the phrase “last minute” quoted statements by officials from Moscow that a delegation from Ukraine was going to Belarus for negotiations.

LUKASHENKO BECAME THE MEDIATOR

While the Belta news agency shared that the talks would take place in the Gomel region on the Ukraine-Belarus border, Peskov said “As you know, Belarusian leader Lukashenko has talked to Ukrainian President Zelenskiy.
