Collision between passenger bus and truck in Istanbul results in casualties

In Istanbul, a collision between a passenger bus and a truck on the Istanbul-North Marmara Highway resulted in 1 fatality and 37 injuries.

A passenger bus belonging to Volkan Metro Turizm, traveling in the direction of Edirne on the Istanbul-North Marmara Highway, collided with a truck moving in the same direction.

It was reported that the bus attendant, H.A. (26), lost his life in the accident, and the 37 injured individuals were taken to the hospital after the initial intervention by medical teams who arrived at the scene upon notification.

The Istanbul Governorate stated in an announcement that the condition of the injured is reported to be stable.”
