Dams in Turkey emptied after autumn without precipitation

The occupancy rate at the dams in Istanbul, which was 42.6 percent on November 18 last year, was recorded as 36.2 percent in the same period this year. It has been determined that there is 4.2 months of water in Istanbul dams. In Izmir, while the occupancy rate of the dams was 21.6 percent on November 18 last year, it was determined that it was 19 percent in the same period this year and that 17.1 months of water remained.
