Dutch tourist found dead in hotel room in Antalya
A Dutch tourist staying at a 5-star hotel in Antalya was found dead in his room.
Johann Franz (63), a Dutch national who was spending his vacation at a 5-star hotel in Sorgun, Manavgat, Antalya, was found motionless in his bed by a hotel staff member who entered the room in the morning.
Medical personnel called to the scene confirmed that the Dutch tourist had passed away. It was learned that Johann Franz had been using heart medication.
After investigations by the Manavgat District Gendarmerie Command Crime Scene Investigation Team, the Public Prosecutor, and a Forensic Doctor, Franz’s body was sent to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute.
