As Turkey approaches local elections, Turkish Lira keeps losing value against US dollar. This is despite the back-door sales of the Central Bank to suppress the dollar.

This situation in return causes inflation to rise higher, without any doubt, putting the people of Turkey in a difficult position to bring home food and take care of other humanly needs.

The rates as off 20.03.2024 are as follows:

– USD/TRY**: The USD to TRY exchange rate is currently at 32.3810.
– EUR/TRY**: The EUR to TRY exchange rate is at 35.1910.
– GBP/TRY**: The GBP to TRY exchange rate is at 41.2480.
