Economy in Turkey: TÜİK Announces November Inflation Figures!

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has released the highly anticipated inflation data for November. According to the latest announcement, consumer inflation for the month was calculated at 0.87%.
How Inflation Has Progressed Throughout the Year
Looking back at the first ten months of the year, monthly inflation came in at 5.03% in January, 2.27% in February, 2.46% in March, 3% in April, 1.53% in May, 1.37% in June, 2.06% in July, 2.04% in August, 3.23% in September, and 2.55% in October.
November’s 0.87% adds to this ongoing trend.
ENAG Data
The Inflation Research Group (ENAG) also published its E-TÜFE figures for November. According to ENAG, prices rose 2.13% compared to the previous month, while annual inflation reached 56.82%.
