During the time when Turkish markets were closed, the dollar reached above 31 Turkish liras for the first time in history in international markets, rising as high as 31.1610 Turkish liras in a shallow market. At market opening, it traded at 30.7575 Turkish liras. After the opening, the rate climbed to 30.7757 Turkish liras, reaching its highest level while the markets were open. As of 09:36, it was trading at 30.7581 Turkish liras with a 0.04% increase.

The dollar was at 30.7545 Turkish liras at the closing time of Turkish markets yesterday.

Euro above 33 Turkish liras

Euro prices also rose to 33.3920 Turkish liras in shallow markets, and at the moment, it is at 33.1075 Turkish liras with a 0.25% increase. Meanwhile, the British pound is trading at 38.7554 Turkish liras at the same moment.

The dollar index is currently at 104.66, down by 0.06%. The Euro/dollar exchange rate is hovering around 1.0729 at the moment.
