Erdogan targets Turkish Medical Association calling them “impostors”

In his statement, AKP President Erdogan (and leader of ruling AK Party) targeted the Turkish Medical Association in his speech at the opening ceremony of the Karaman-Konya high-speed train line.

Addressing TTB, Erdogan said “There is a Medical Association. What a liar they are. These guys say that there is no such thing (referring to Turkish vaccine Turcocav). Indeed, you are such dishonest liars.”

Erdoğan speaking at said opening ceremony reacted to the fact that the Turkish Medical Association drew attention to the uncertainties related to the production process of the TURKOVAC vaccine, In In reply to this, Erdogan targeted the Medical Association. He went on to say “You are such a fraud and a liar. And these have a medical association. Erciyes University produces the TURKOVAC vaccine with a large staff and these guys say there is no such thing. Do you have any work (meaning accomplished) as a TTB to date? You always been an obstacle for those who tried to do work”.
