President Erdoğan: We are bringing a solution to the problem that has caused meat and milk prices to rise to unexplained levels. we will give an incentive to the production of cattle bee breeders over 50 head.

WE ARE GIVING 10 GOOD NEWS TO FARMERS: Today we are also giving ten good news to our farmers. Yes, first of all, today we are presenting examples of smart village houses to the appreciation of our nation with their barn, village mansion, smart board, mosque, landscape, all of which are original architectural works. With this project, we are introducing a new model with its advanced infrastructure, internet-supported technology, renewable energy, zero waste application, herd management system integrated meteorological software and many other features.

CREDIT TO FARMERS IN DISASTER AREAS: Secondly, we will support animal and feed purchases that will provide zero-interest livestock loans through our Ziraat Bank to our farmers who will live in our village houses in disaster areas. Thus, the barns will be filled, production will increase, the earnings of our farmers will increase.

RURAL TRANSFORMATION: Thirdly, we extend our hands to all our citizens, especially our young people living here in regions other than disaster areas, who want to benefit from this rural transformation. We are bringing these brothers and sisters the opportunity to become homeowners in smart villages under the terms of the “My first home” campaign. Fourth, we will provide appropriate conditional financing to those of our citizens who still live in villages who want to demolish their existing houses and get a solid, secure, technology-supported house in accordance with this model.

UNEXPLAINED INCREASE: Fifth, we are taking a step that will solve the problem that has led to an increase in meat and dairy prices to unexplained levels in our country. As part of the rural return, we will give incentives that will turn farms with more than fifty head of cattle into breeding centers.

Thus, while increasing our animal presence on the one hand, we aim to increase our yield by at least 30 percent on the other hand.

AT LEAST ONE MINIMUM WAGE GUARANTEE TO EVERY HOUSEHOLD: Sixth, with the contract production model, we will provide at least one minimum wage guarantee to every household by supporting cattle and fattening livestock in family-type enterprises. Seventh, by strengthening the pressure irrigation infrastructure in agricultural production, we will ensure that more crops and income are generated in the unit area.
