He also added following; “The British market is the main market in the tourism sector for Fethiye, Dalaman and Marmaris, covering the region and the UK market will take action late this year due to the pandemic. Our biggest tourist market in this region is the UK market. Because of the known pandemic process, the British government has imposed a ban on its citizens to travel abroad.

British tourists would not come to our country until May 16 during this ban. Gradually, this restriction can also be extended until June 22. Two days ago only, the British government announced that it had decided to impose a fine of 5 thousand pounds to its citizens to go abroad without on unnecessary grounds.

So it seems that there will be no tourists from the UK to our country until the end of June. However, British citizens have expressed their reaction to the decision taken by Prime Minister Boris Johnson and said they wanted to travel on holiday.
