North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has said his country’s ultimate goal is to have the world’s biggest nuclear power.

According to Reuters Kim, who participated in a missile test conducted by North Korea in recent days, stated that his country’s goal is to have the largest nuclear power, as quoted by North Korean state media.

Kim’s announcement came after the US had described North Korea’s missile tests as a ‘nuclear threat’ and said it would counter it.

North Korea has recently focused on testing the Hwasong-17 intercontinental nuclear ballistic missile.
