Good Party leader after meeting with CHP leader: Why should the six-party table be dismissed?

IYI Party leader Meral AKSENER made statements about the meeting she had with CHP leader Kemal KILICDAROGLU, yesterday. In reply to the question “Is the table falling apart?” she said “Why should the six-party table be dismissed? We are saying that we will win together.”

IYI Party leader AKSENER made statements about her meeting with CHP Chairman KILICDAROGLU, yesterday evening. Aksener said that the problem between the CHP and the GOOD Party after the prison sentence given to Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu had been discussed in the meeting.

HOW DID THE DISCUSSION EVOLVE INTO ROLE-STEALING?

Speaking to journalist Murat Yetkin, Akşener said, “I can’t understand how the discussion evolved into Meral Akşener stealing role, while Imamoğlu was under concerned threat, I was surprised” and continued as follows:

 “This is a benchmark for all opponents. Because a step has been taken towards the appointment of a trustee to the Municipality of Istanbul. The terrorism investigation is part of it. I have information and assessment that it can also spread to other municipalities. My departure was to show unity and togetherness as an opposition there. I was disrespected.”

WHY SHOULD IT FALL APART

IN reply to the question AKSENER commented, “Why should the Table of Six be break up? We’re saying that we will win together.” Asked whether the issue of candidacy had been discussed, she said, “We will discuss it at the table of six.”
