How much will the dollar TL exchange rate be at the end of the year?

Economists of a prominent European Bank have shared a report about Turkey in which 2021 growth forecast for Turkish economy was raised from 7.5 percent to 9.7 percent, while expected inflation for yearend was revised to 18.4 percent.

UNICREDIT one of the largest banks in Italy, published its last quarter report for 2021. The report also included assessments and forecasts related to Turkey.

Economists of said bank increased their 2022 growth forecasts for the Turkish economy from 3.5 to 5.5 percent and said that the monetary easing cycle which began earlier than expected and strong growth in 2021 were effective in this revision.

DOLLAR TL RATE 9.30 AT THE END OF 2021

Economists expect the dollar TL rate to be 9.30 at the end of the year and they predict that the exchange rate will be 10.40 at the end of 2022. Forecast of economists for the end of 2021 for the euro/TL is at the level of 11.07.
