“Increase in dam capacity rates in Istanbul”

The dam capacity rates supplying water to Istanbul increased by 2.72% due to the effective rainfall since yesterday, reaching 20.54%.

According to data from the Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration (ISKI), the dam capacity rate, which had dropped to 16.18% on November 11, has risen again in recent days following the rainfall.

With the rainfall continuing throughout yesterday and persisting today, the dam capacity rate supplying water to the city increased by 2.72%, reaching 20.54% as of today.

While the capacity rate in Alibey Dam increased to 23.37%, it reached 7.19% in Büyükçekmece, 30.7% in Darlık, 33.81% in Elmalı, 20.27% in Istrancalar, 5.7% in Sazlıdere, 12.49% in Terkos, and 40.14% in Ömerli.”
