Operations Conducted Under National Coordination
According to the minister’s statement, the operations were carried out in coordination with the Chief Public Prosecutors’ Offices, the Turkish National Police Counter-Terrorism Department, and the Intelligence Directorate.
Provincial police departments across multiple regions took part in the raids, which targeted individuals suspected of having links to the terrorist organization ISIS.
“We Will Never Allow Terror to Bring This Nation to Its Knees”
In his message, Yerlikaya underlined the government’s firm stance against terrorism, saying:
“Just as we have never allowed those who try to bring this nation to its knees through terror, we will never allow it from now on.”
