International Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Festival attended by participants from Spain & Portugal

International Cappadocia Balloon Festival, held in Cappadocia, a fairy land with fairy chimneys and natural rock formations has started with the participation of hot air balloon pilots from various countries. The festival held for the second time, will last for 3 days.

As part of the festival, organized by Pasha Balloons, a hot air balloon company operating in the region, balloons consisting of various figures rose to the sky after preparations at the festival site in the resort of Goreme.

In the festival area, full of tourists with the first light of the morning, some posed for lenses in front of balloons, while others watched balloons fly on fairy chimneys.

Some balloons with certain figures were produced in Turkey and they rose to the sky for the first time at the festival. It was observed that the festival had drawn great interest and officials noted that expected the event to last in the most successful way. Cappadocia is known to be the spot in the world where highest number of balloon flights are realized.

The three-day festival is scheduled to continue with an evening concert and a light show of hot air balloons.
