Due to heavy snowfall at Istanbul Airport, landings and departures have bee stopped until 18:00. Following the warnings of the General Directorate of Meteorology, the snowfall that started three days ago in Istanbul continues to have an effect.
16 aircraft of Turkish Airlines (THY), which toured in the air In order to land at the airport and went into fuel crisis, were diverted to other airports. All flights were stopped at Istanbul Airport until 18.00 due to snowfall.
