Last Minute News: Hike in gasoline and diesel prices expected tonight
The Russian invasion of Ukraine, the harsh sanction decisions taken and the increase in the dollar exchange rate bring about fuel price hikes, in a consecutive manner.
A hike of 2 lira 25 kurus for diesel and an increase of 79 kurus for gasoline are expected, as of tonight. Thus, fuel prices will have been increased for 7 consecutive days. The price of a liter of diesel will exceed 25 TL tonight.
DIESEL WILL COST MORE THAN 25 TL
With tonight’s hike, the price of a liter of gasoline will increase approximately to 21.14 TL in Istanbul, 22.24 TL in Ankara and 22.26 TL in Izmir.
The price per liter of diesel will increase approximately to 25.06 TL in Istanbul and to 25.17 TL in Ankara and Izmir.
