Many coastal lands in Turkey to be privatized

By the decision of the Presidency, some immovables owned by the Treasury, TEDAŞ, and TEİAŞ are being put up for sale.

With the Presidency decree published in the Official Gazette, 73 immovables located in 12 provinces have been included in the privatization scope and program. Among the lands to be privatized, there are numerous coastal lands.

Here is the list of the lands near the sea included in the privatization scope:

Antalya – Kemer
Antalya – Kestel
Antalya – Manavgat
Istanbul – Şile
Mersin – Kocapınar
Mersin – Silifke
Muğla – Marmaris
