Marmaris-Fethiye Ferry Services: How Much Do Tickets Cost?

The Muğla Metropolitan Municipality conducts ferry services on the Marmaris-Fethiye route. The first ferry was sent off to Fethiye beginning of July 22024, with a ceremony at the Marmaris Marina. In his speech, Muğla Metropolitan Mayor Ahmet Aras highlighted that they are a nation of seafarers and cannot be separated from the sea, emphasizing that generations have turned their faces towards the sea throughout the ages.

“We Are Planning Car Ferry Services”

Mayor Aras pointed out that they have a long coastline filled with beauty and said:

“Now, citizens and tourists will be able to see these beautiful coastlines while traveling from Fethiye to Marmaris or from Marmaris to Fethiye. Unless you own a private boat or rent one, you don’t have the chance to see these coastlines. But now, thanks to these ferries, you will be able to see them. We are also planning car ferry services from Marmaris Çamlı to Bodrum, which we will implement as soon as possible.”

After the ceremony, Mayor Aras and district mayors were among the first passengers to set sail for Fethiye on the ferry. The ferries, which have a capacity of 450 passengers and can reach a speed of 25 knots, will provide an alternative to road transportation.

How Much Do Tickets Cost?

There will be four daily trips. The first trip will start from Fethiye at 8:00 AM and arrive in Marmaris at 10:40 AM. The first trip from Marmaris will start at 11:00 AM and arrive in Fethiye at 1:40 PM. The last trip from Marmaris will depart at 5:00 PM and arrive in Fethiye at 7:40 PM. The last trip from Fethiye will leave at 2:00 PM and reach Marmaris at 4:40 PM.

The ticket prices for the Fethiye-Marmaris ferry are as follows:

– One person: 301 TL

– Seniors (65+): 271 TL

– Students: 271 TL

– Disabled: 271 TL
