Meteorology issues “Yellow’ code warning for 10 provinces: Heavy rainfall on holiday

The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued a strong downpour warning for 10 provinces on the first day of the holiday. Accordingly, precipitation will be observed in the Black Sea and Central Anatolia.
According to said warning showers will be effective in the Black Sea and Central Anatolia on the first day of Eid al-Adha.
During this afternoon and evening hours, the inner parts of the western Black Sea (Bolu, Düzce, Kastamonu and Karabük with and Midlands), the northwest of Central Anatolia (Ankara city centre and to the North and West, Çankırı, Eskişehir circles) and the southeast of the sea of Marmara (Bursa and the city of Bilecik province in) are expected to see rainfall with showers and thunderstorms.

Heavy rainfall is expected in Ankara, Bolu, Çankırı, Kastamonu, Karabük, Bilecik, Bursa, Eskişehir, Kütahya and Düzce.
AFAD asked on their social media account to be careful and cautious against sudden floods, floods and storms in these cities for the afternoon.
