Minister of Health announces number of cases as 670 and death toll as 9

Health Minister Fahrettin Koca has announced the number of current corona virus cases in Turkey. The Mİnister said: “Our number of patients has reached 670. We’ve lost 5 elderly and weak patients. We have a total of 9 casualties so far,” he said.

In a statement on his social media account, he said: “3656 suspects have been tested in the last 24 hours. 311 came back positive. Our patient count has reached 670. We’ve lost 5 elderly and weak patients. So far, we have 9 casualties. It’s all elderly citizens. Let’s protect our elders”.

He went on to say “Let’s not show even a moment of resilience in our struggle”.
