More than 10 thousand vehicles enter KUSADASI in one day

Due to the 2-Day weekend holiday,  Kuşadası District of Aydın, was flocked by local tourists. A long queue of vehicles formed at the entrance to the city in the direction of Selçuk. According to the District Police Department, more than 10 thousand vehicles entered the resort in the last 24 hours.

KUSADASI, one of the important tourism centers of Turkey, enjoyed intense demand of local tourists due to 2-day weekend holiday covering Saturday and Sunday.

In the district where air temperature was 30 and sea water temperature was23 degrees, those who came from Izmir, Manisa and Denizle in their vehicles formed a long queue.

According to the District Police Department, more than 10 thousand vehicles entered the resort in the last 24 hours.

HOTEL OCCUPANCY REACHES 70 PER CENT

The choice of those who came to Kusadasi for the weekend holiday was in favor of hotels. In the district, the occupancy rate in hotels served with a safe tourism certificate reached up to 70 percent.

The coastal band of Kusadasi, SAGLIK CADDESI (Health Street), where there are tourist bazaars, and Barbaros Hayrettin Pasha Boulevard were also observed to experience intensity.

Guests saida they came to Kusadasi from Izmir to spend the weekend holiday adding: “We come to KKUSADASI every summer. This is a beautiful resort. The air and sea are quite clean. We like swimming here and spend Sunday relaxing in the hotel where we stay.”
