Most popular holiday destinations in the world announced… Two places from Turkey on the list

With the start of the holiday season, millions of people around the world flock to the popular tourist centers of different countries. Here are the most searched holiday destinations in Europe, according to Google’s search data.

The most interesting tourist centers in Europe have been announced. 2 places from Turkey also stand out in the list determined by Google search data made in the last 12 months in 185 countries.

At the top of the list is the Greek island of Santorini, near  Turkey. Based on the news on media, according to the study listing the most popular European holiday destinations all over the world, Santorini took the lead as the most popular holiday destination in 47 countries, including the USA, India and Australia.

ANTALYA AND BODRUM FROM TURKEY ON THE LIST

It was followed by Ibiza, which topped the list in 29 countries, and Tenerife, which is connected to the Canary Islands, which particularly attracts in European countries such as the United Kingdom and Germany. Antalya and Bodrum from Turkey also took part in the list, where Sicily ranked 4th and the Greek island of Corfu ranked 5th.

Antalya took the first place in 3 countries, including Bulgaria, while Bodrum became the most interesting holiday center in Azerbaijan. The Greek islands of Kos, Mykonos and Crete, as well as Tuscany from Italy and the Algarve from Portugal also appeared on the list.
