Muğla Welcomes Nearly 2.5 Million Foreign Tourists in 8 Months

British Tourists Lead the Way

According to the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, 2,494,898 foreign visitors explored Muğla in the first eight months of the year. The leading group was British tourists, with more than one million arrivals.

They were followed by 280,887 visitors from Russia, 218,853 from Poland, 156,132 from Germany, and 65,919 from the Netherlands. In addition, over 727,000 tourists came from many other countries across the world.
