New weather report from Meteorology! Attention: Strong downpour and wind warning

The weather service has issued yellow and orange coded warnings to 19 cities due to the expected rainfall and strong winds today. According to the latest weather report, precipitation will be observed today in the east of Eastern Anatolia, the west of Southeastern Anatolia, Thrace and the regions outside the Coastal Aegean. Here is the weather report for Saturday October 8^th.

Th weather will be partly cloudy in the country, with some showers and thunderstorms in the east of the Marmara Sea, Aegean, Mediterranean, central Anatolia, Black Sea, eastern Anatolia North and west of Kirklareli, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Batman, Siirt, Mardin, Bitlis and Muş.

Strong rainfall  (21-50 kg/m2) is expected in Kastamonu, in the eastern part of Kocaeli, Bilecik and Bursa region as well as in Sakarya, Bolu, Düzce, Bartın, and Zonguldak, Kastamonu. Also strong rainfall is expected in the region including, Çankırı, Ankara, Sivas and Tokat.

TEMPERATURES ARE FALLING BELOW SEASONAL NORMS

Air temperatures are predicted to fall below seasonal norms in the northern, inland and western parts, and to be around seasonal norms in other places.

The meteorology also shared following; “Temperatures will dip below average in the north and inland. In Eastern Anatolia, the wind will blow strongly from the southern directions. The area of precipitation will decrease on Monday and will leave the country.
