New Year’s Eve reservations are pouring in to Antalya hotels

President of “Aegean Touristic Enterprises and Accommodation Association” (ETHIK) has made a statement saying the hotels in the region are already approaching 70 percent occupancy.

The President said, “After 2 years of pandemic restrictions, people got themselves into nature in the 2022 season. They wanted to socialize and merge with nature. In 2022, we have reached the best data of all time with more than 50 million tourists and more than 45 billion dollars in revenue.”

He went on to say, “People are showing great interest in New Year’s organizations as they had to sacrifice their comfort and leisure by cancelling holidays due to the pandemic. There is still time for Christmas, but the facilities in the Aegean Region withstood 70 percent occupancy. We are facing a serious demand. The undecided crowds will also book a place next week. We think that we will reach 100 percent occupancy 2 weeks before the New Year.”

2 NIGHTS 3 DAYS NEW YEAR’S EVE PACKAGE

Noting that New Year’s packages are usually sold as 2 nights and 3 days in hotels, he said, “Guests want to relax during the daytime with spa, hammam, steam room, massage and indoor pool services, and have fun in the evening by taking out the pain of the pandemic with fun music and activities. There are also affordable prices for everyone in hotels with children’s programs.”

He also noted following; “There are hotels starting from 300 liras per person per day and going up to a thousand 500 liras, as well as there are prices starting from a thousand 500 liras per person and going up to 3-4 thousand liras for accommodation. There is also the possibility of accommodation at more affordable prices in small hostels in Alacati, Cesme, Kusadasi, Seferihisar, Ayvalik, Bozcaada regions.”
