One million pensioners are coming to Turkey

Ali BILIR, a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Travel Agencies of Turkey (TURSAB) stated that 1 million pensioners from Germany and England would come to Antalya to spend the winter.

While millions of pensioners in Turkey are trying to figure out how to spend the winter at home without burning the boiler, the well-off pensioners of Europe have started to book places in 5-star hotels in Antalya. Ali Bilir, said that close to 1 million pensioners living in European countries had booked to spend the winter in Antalya.

LOW TL ADVANTAGE

BILIR who is competing for the presidency in the next 26-27 TURSAB elections to be held on November, held a large-scale meeting with agencies in Ankara. Answering the questions of the spokesman, he said that the people of Europe, who were at risk of spending the winter without natural gas this year due to the war between Russia and Ukraine, had turned their eyes to Antalya.  “With the low value of TL, all inclusive (HD) service has made Turkey more advantageous than Greece and Spain” he said.
