Polish Tourists Pack Their Suitcases and Flock to This Turkish City: And It’s Not Istanbul or Izmir

Antalya continues to steal the spotlight as foreign tourists pour in, especially from Russia and Germany — but the real surprise jump is coming from the UK and Poland. Over the past three years, the number of British and Polish visitors has skyrocketed. Between January and October, arrivals from the UK rose by 34% to 1,451,986, while Polish visitors surged by an impressive 67%, reaching 1,247,070.

Antalya Breaks Visitor Records Yet Again

In the first ten months of the year, Antalya welcomed a total of 16,308,937 foreign tourists — nearly 177,000 more than the same period last year. According to Antalya Airport Civil Administration data, international arrivals reached 15,918,752. Russians topped the list, followed by Germans, Brits, and Poles.

After Russia and Germany, the UK and Poland became the third and fourth largest visitor sources. Together, they sent 2,699,056 tourists to Antalya in the first ten months. Brits showed peak interest in August, with 231,049 arrivals, while Poles preferred July, when 225,345 Polish tourists touched down in the city.
